Canadian Rockies

July 18th-25th 2025

Join our free webinar May 14th at 7 pm to learn more about our Canadian Rockies Women's Adventure

Ready to break free from the ordinary and dive into a bold, soul-stirring adventure?
Leave the stress behind—we’ve got the planning covered. You just bring your courage, your curiosity, and your love for wild places.

Join an unforgettable 7-day women’s journey through three of Canada’s most spectacular national parks—Banff, Yoho, and Jasper. This trip is designed to ignite your adventurous spirit and reconnect you with nature, yourself, and a powerful community of women.

✨ What’s in store:

  • Sleep under the stars along the Icefields Parkway

  • Conquer epic trails like Sentinel Pass and Lake Agnes Tea House

  • Stand on ancient ice during a guided glacier walk on the Columbia Icefields

  • Feel the thrill of white water rafting through the Kananaskis

  • Witness breathtaking wildlife—from bears to mountain goats

  • Explore turquoise lakes, towering peaks, and hidden gems

And just as important as the adventure is the intentional space for rest and reflection. You’ll have time to slow down—to journal, read by a glacial lake, or simply breathe in the stillness of the mountains.

With meals, transportation, and a passionate guide who’s walked the path of adventure, this journey is perfect whether you’re traveling solo or with a friend. You’ll return home with new skills, lasting connections, and the kind of memories that shift something deep inside.

   Is This Right for You?

This adventure is for women who are ready to embrace community, growth, and the wilderness—even when it’s a little messy and a little outside your comfort zone.

You'll share space with new friends, help set up tents, scrub dishes after campfire meals, and learn new outdoor skills that will remind you just how capable you truly are.

We’ll be hiking often—mostly easy to moderate trails—with flexible options around Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. You can even challenge yourself with an optional 7-mile guided hike to one of the most breathtaking views in the Canadian Rockies.

You’ll get dirty, unplug (no cell service at times!), and camp under the stars—with a few showers sprinkled throughout the week. We travel with emergency GPS, and safety is always a priority.

No experience needed. We’ll teach you how to set up a tent, hike with the 10 essentials, start a fire, pack the right gear (psst—we have a lending library!), and build confidence in the outdoors. All you need is a sense of adventure and the willingness to say yes to something bold and beautiful.

This is your invitation to adventure. To connection. To wild confidence.

ADVENTURE ITINERARY

DAY 1

Welcome to Wild Canada! The adventure begins at 9 a.m. sharp when we scoop you up from your airport hotel—backpack loaded and ready for action. First stop? A hearty local breakfast to fuel us up for the fun ahead (yes, pancakes might be involved). Then it’s off to the charming mountain town of Banff for a bit of wandering, window shopping, and snapping pics of elk if they decide to strut by. From there, we’ll roll over to the stunning shores of Lake Minnewanka and Two Jack Lake—two absolute gems where you’ll have time to explore, breathe in that fresh alpine air, and maybe even spot some bighorn sheep striking a pose. As the sun dips lower, we’ll cruise the scenic Bow Valley Parkway, known for its wild residents (the four-legged kind), before landing at our rustic log cabin-style hostel. This cozy spot will be home for the next three nights—think warm vibes, new friends, and a fireplace calling your name.

Day 2

Emerald Lake and Chasing Waterfalls in Yoho! We’ll kick off the morning at our cozy log cabin hostel with hot coffee, a hearty breakfast, and some group lunch-packing magic before we hit the road. Then we’re off on a scenic 63 km (about 39 miles) drive to Yoho National Park—home to jaw-dropping views and very photogenic lakes. Our first stop: the unbelievably turquoise Emerald Lake, where we’ll take a chill 3.2-mile (5.2 km) hike around its shoreline (yes, you’ll want to stop every five steps to take pictures—we get it). We’ll picnic lakeside like wilderness royalty, then hop around to explore a thundering waterfall, a natural rock bridge, visitor center and shops. After a full day of wonder and fresh air, we’ll head back to the hostel for dinner and a relaxed evening around the fire—good food, great company, and maybe even a few “remember when…” moments already.

DAY 3

Johnston Canyon and Cozy Cabin Rise and shine (or sleep in—no judgment)! For the early birds, we’re offering an optional wildlife-spotting drive along the legendary Bow Valley Parkway. This stretch is one of the best places in the Rockies to spot creatures like bears, wolves, lynx, and bighorn sheep—all doing their crepuscular thing (yes, that’s your new fun fact of the day: it means they’re most active at dawn and dusk). After our wild morning (pun intended), we’ll head back to the hostel for a slower, cozier vibe—coffee in hand, curled up by the crackling wood stove, maybe journaling or simply soaking up the views from the wraparound windows that's giving cozy mountain cabin energy. Once we’re properly caffeinated and packed up some lunches, we’re off to one of the area’s most iconic spots—Johnston Canyon, just a quick 8-minute drive away. You’ll hike a beautiful 3.4-mile trail that winds along the canyon walls and past waterfall after waterfall (seriously, it’s like nature showing off). We’ll head back for some well-earned downtime—maybe journal, read, nap, or just stretch out and breathe. After dinner, for those still feeling the magic, we’ll head out to catch the sunset at Castle Mountain—because nothing says “epic day” like mountains bathed in alpenglow.

DAY 4

Lake Louise & Moraine Lake meet Wilderness Camping! Rise and shine, adventure crew! We’ll kick off the morning with a hearty breakfast, coffee, tea and a little gear wrangling before heading out. Just 22 minutes down the road takes us to the shuttle pickup for our golden ticket day—visiting two of the most jaw-dropping lakes on Earth: Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. We scored coveted shuttle reservations (trust us, that’s a big deal!) so we’ll be whisked up first to the glacier-fed glory of Moraine Lake and later to the iconic turquoise waters of Lake Louise. You’ll have a range of adventures to choose from, based on how your legs and spirit are feeling: Up for a challenge? Join our awesome Canadian guide Shauna on the Sentinel Pass hike that starts at Moraine Lake—7 miles roundtrip with some heart-pumping elevation and views that’ll make you forget all about your quads. Looking for something gentler? Choose between the easy 2.3-mile trail along Moraine Lake, the 2.8-mile shoreline loop at Lake Louise, or the moderate 4.6-mile trek to the quaint and cozy Lake Agnes Tea House—a fan favorite for hikers and herbal tea lovers alike. 🫖 Not hiking? No problem. The Château Fairmont at Lake Louise is perfect for a scenic break—grab a warm drink, a fancy treat, and soak in the views like mountain royalty. After our lake day, we’ll hop back in the van and drive an hour north along the stunning Icefields Parkway to reach Rampart Creek Campground, where we’ll settle in for the night. 🍽️ Dinner tonight is flexible—whether you're down for a quick and cozy campsite meal or prefer to grab a bite at a nearby restaurant or lodge before we arrive at camp, the choice is yours. Either way, we’ll end the day stargazing, swapping stories, and getting ready for more adventure tomorrow.

DAY 5

Glaciers and Icefields Recharging Today, we’re embracing the slow and the spectacular. We’ll ease into the morning with a delicious camp breakfast and your beverage of choice—be it coffee, tea, or hot cocoa. Take some time to explore our serene campground, nestled between the North Saskatchewan River and a stunning mountain range. Keep an eye out; the elk might just make a guest appearance. Around midday, we'll embark on a 30-minute drive north to the Columbia Icefield Adventure—a highlight of our journey. First, we'll board a massive Ice Explorer, an all-terrain vehicle designed to traverse the ancient Athabasca Glacier. Stepping onto this 10,000-year-old sheet of ice, you'll feel the crisp air and hear the subtle crackle beneath your boots—a truly surreal experience. Next, we'll venture to the Columbia Icefield Skywalk, a glass-floored platform that extends over the Sunwapta Valley, offering breathtaking views of waterfalls, rugged cliffs, and the glacier-carved landscape below. It's a heart-pounding, awe-inspiring walk that feels like floating above the world. After soaking in these icy wonders, we'll return to our campsite for a relaxed evening for diner, a campfire and wild Canadian camping under the stars.

DAY 6

Jasper Gems: Waterfalls, Lakes & Alpine Views We'll wake up surrounded by wilderness at our remote mountain campground, soaking in the stillness of the morning while we cook breakfast and pack up our lunches for a day of exploring Jasper National Park. Today is all about going with the flow—our itinerary will be shaped by how we’re feeling and what kind of magic we’re up for. Maybe we’ll wander around the unbelievably blue Waterfowl Lakes, or check out the hidden gem of Boundary Lake. If waterfalls are calling, we’ve got both Sunwapta Falls and Athabasca Falls in our sights. And for those who want to stretch their legs, there’s the option of an easy but jaw-droppingly scenic 4-mile hike up Parker Ridge—where alpine views meet the sky and remind us just how wild and big this world really is. Dinner? We’re keeping that flexible too. Whether we cook up something cozy at camp or take it lakeside for dinner with a view and a sunset show, we’ll wind down full of fresh air, good food, and unforgettable moments.

DAY 7

So Long, Icefields – Hello Civilization (Kind Of) We’ll rise for one last morning in the heart of the Canadian wilderness, cooking up a camp breakfast and packing our lunches before loading up our gear for the journey back toward Banff. The drive is about 1 hour and 45 minutes, but don’t worry—we’re not doing it all in one go! We’ll make plenty of scenic stops along the way, including the awe inspiring Peyto Lake (with a quick and easy ½ mile walk to the viewpoint) and a peaceful pause at Bow Lake, nestled just off the Icefields Parkway. This day is intentionally flexible—think of it as a “choose-your-own-adventure” opportunity. Whether we need to squeeze in a Plan B for weather-related changes, follow up on a whispered travel tip (“Oh! You have to see this one spot!”), or revisit a favorite stop that left us wanting more, today is the day to make it happen. By late afternoon, we’ll arrive at Tunnel Mountain Village 1 Campground, a cozy-yet-civilized retreat just 10 minutes outside Banff. Here, we’ll be reintroduced to the luxuries of modern life: cell service, hot showers, and (drumroll please)... coin-operated laundry! After we clean up and reconnect with the outside world, we’ll roll into town for a little local wandering and an optional final dinner together to toast to our unforgettable week. Our last night under the stars will be one to savor—mountain air, full hearts, and new friendships made on the trail.

DAY 8

White Waters and Sweet Goodbyes Our final morning waking up in the Canadian Rockies at Tunnel Mountain Campground will be one to remember—think crisp mountain air and views of the forested hills backed by the soaring peaks of the Rockies. After breakfast and one last round of lunch prep and gear-packing, we’ll head out for our grand finale adventure. Just 20 minutes down the road, we’ll roll into Canmore, where we’ll meet up with our guides at White Wolf Rafting for a thrilling whitewater rafting experience on the stunning Kananaskis River. With experienced guides leading the way, we’ll paddle through fun rapids, float through calm glacial waters, and soak in the incredible views that only a river trip can offer. Whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned splash-seeker, this is the perfect way to close out our week of wild exploration. After drying off and high-fiving our crew, we’ll spend some time exploring the charming mountain town of Canmore—think coffee shops, cute boutiques, and maybe a last tasty treat before heading home. Around 4:45, we’ll make our final 1 hour and 15 minute drive back to Calgary. Our trip officially wraps up at 6:00 p.m., and we’ll drop you off directly at the airport or at a nearby hotel for a smooth transition from trail shoes to travel mode. From deep wilderness to wild rivers, you did it. You showed up, adventured hard, connected deeply, and now leave with stories, soul shifts, and some seriously beautiful memories.

Due to the nature of this trip, flexibility is key and the itinerary may change.
