Cancellation Policy

A deposit of $500 is required at the time of registration to secure your spot and is fully refunded until May 15th. The remaining balance must be paid by June 1st, 2025 when we close registration. We offer a payment plan through Klarna. All participants are required to attend a pre-trip zoom meeting before the start of the trip. Participants are responsible for acquiring necessary passports for international travel and transportation to Calgary, Alberta.
